3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and code is the property of 4Q Consultancy and protected by applicable copyright laws. Client deliverables become client property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete projects. Delays caused by client inaction may result in revised timelines or additional costs.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.
6. Limitation of Liability
4Q Consultancy's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a retainer engagement with 30 days written notice after the initial commitment period. Project-based engagements are governed by their specific agreements.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
9. Changes to These Terms
